Introduction:

SJ-1165 CNC machining center’s spindle adopts imported high-precision spindle assembly, driven by AC servo spindle motor through toothed belt, according to the user's processing needs can also be equipped with direct-connected spindle, so that the main drive system of the machine tool has better response characteristics and lower noise. The machine is driven by the table, bed saddle and spindle box to achieve longitudinal, horizontal and vertical three-way feed motion. The machine uses imported linear guide rails for good dynamic response and high accuracy of the moving parts. The three-way feed drive uses an AC servo motor directly connected to the ball screw through a coupling. The ball screw is pre-stretched to eliminate thermal expansion and deformation and to ensure high transmission accuracy.
