DEVICE DESCRIPTION
This machine is suitable for press fitting of motorcycles, engine bearings, stamping of aluminum castings, stretching and shaping of small auto parts, and has the functions of easy operation and stable performance.
1. This machine uses liquid as medium to transmit energy, adopts advanced hydraulic circuit of sub-cylinder, low oil temperature, fast empty stroke, and the speed is above 150mm/sec, the working speed is below 30mm/sec, and the return speed is above 130mm/sec .
2. The machine is in standby, and the noise does not exceed 75 decibels when the slider moves up and down.
3. The machine adopts a four-column three-plate structure. The vertical accuracy of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide sleeves. The parallel accuracy of any point between the lower working surface and the upper working surface is less than 0.1mm.
4. The machine is equipped with waste air blowing assembly, and there is a waste blanking chute in the center of the lower worktable to improve production efficiency.
5. The punching bottom dead center position of this machine is controlled by pressure switch and position sensor.
6. The pressure, stroke, punching speed, blowing time, and closing height of the machine can be adjusted by customers themselves, which is convenient for operation.
